1. How will my order be shipped to me?

All of our items are shipped via USPS and arrive in a small bubble envelope or box.


  1. How long will it take to ship my order? 

Your order will ship out within 5 business days. Once your order ships, shipping within the United States takes approximately 7 -14 business days. If the item was out of stock in USA warehouse. We have backup storage in Asia and will ship your product directly from our warehouse if needed and your order will arrive within 2 to 4 Weeks

Outside the US, shipping varies between 20-40 business days.


  1. Where is my tracking number? 

You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will get an email when your order ships! 


  1. But wait, my tracking number doesn't work.

At this time, we accept payment all major Credit Cards, Paypal is not accepted.


  1. I ordered multiple items, why did I receive only one?

Since our products are "made to order", when you order multiple products at a time, they may be shipped separately. This way helps you receive your order faster. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.

     7.There is a problem with my order. What do I do?

Please contact us at support@dealics.com as soon as possible and we will work to correct the problem. Unfortunately, we can't make changes if an order has been shipped already.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply contact us at support@dealics.com within 30 days of delivery of your item and we will gladly walk you through returning your order to us for a refund. Please note, we do not offer free return shipping and this is a cost you will incur if you choose to return your item to us for a refund.
